Description: Leonardo is a sturdy Capitol figure and stands at about 5' 11" with a scruffy appearance from time to time. The last time he went to the doctors which was six months ago, he weighed 140 which is close to the average weight for his height. He's not the most muscular guy on the planet but he isn't the weakest either. Occasionally Leo can become a rather scruffy looking character because he'll forget to shave and gel his short, brunette hair with gentle golden tips. Just because he lives in the Capitol doesn't mean he has super green skin or a load of piercings. He actually has tried to stay fairly normal with his tanned caucasian skin. Though he does have a few tattoos on his arms, one is a tribal pattern that represents strength and the other is of a tree that extends from his palm to his shoulder. He hasn't yet gotten a piercing and he's thought about it a couple times but never actually figured out what he wanted. Unlike some of the other male stylist that the Capitol has, he does not wear a ton of fancy make up, if anything he wears a tiny bit of eye liner to bring out his blue eyes but that is even rare.
Personality: Leonardo has a upbeat, bubbly personality and is rather caring. Due to his job as a stylist, he interacts with a vast variety of personalities. The hardest part of his job is getting a tribute to step into the arena because he knows their odds of survival are one in a hundred. Most of the time he cracks jokes with the guys that he pre-pairs and tries to make them feel their best before sending them on his way. Leo has not forgotten a face of any of his tributes since he was bumped up to the tributes stylist seven years ago. In his free time when not styling hair, Leo draws and writes songs. He owns an acoustic guitar and a harmonic which have become his pride an joy. Though one of the down sides of Leo is his love for alcohol. He doesn't drink on a regular basis but when he goes to parties he can get out of control with his liquor and stir up some nasty trouble, the most recent of which caused his two year old son. Now when ever he drinks he tries to stay at home but will have a drink or so at the parties so he doesn't look like a kill joy.
History: Leonardo didn't have the typical child hood after being born on July 28 to a broken-hearted mother and a distraught, game maker, drunken father. His mother died at child birth due to complications. Leo never really heard the story because for the longest time his father couldn't look at him, well that and the drunk was to busy killing off young kids. So without really either parent to guide him, Leonardo Ryan Franklin, was raised by a sweetheart care taker named Rose. She was the sweetest person he had ever known. At the age of seven however Leo's father fired Rose because his son was old enough to take care of himself. After his care taker was fired, Leo started to get into trouble. He would run the streets after school with the bad crowd and quickly was learning all the wrong rules of the Capitol. After about a year Leo had become quite the thief. As the years progressed so did Leo's bad habits, soon he was a thief, addicted to drugs and apart of a small gang that wreaked habit in the Capitol's allies. When he was 12 how ever his father put him back in line with physical abuse and terrible punishments. Years passed and Leo was finally starting to sober up and do good in school. He was 16 when his father died of liver failure. At that young age Leo was left with billions of dollars to his name and placed in an orphanage for the last two years of his adolescent time. During his time in the orphanage Leo took up fashion and spent a lot of time with the girls. Most of the guys there teased him for being gay, although in all actuality wasn't. After high school he went to college to become a stylist. At the age of 19 he was finished with his schooling and still had billions of dollars to his name from his deceased father. After one year of being his own stylish he was chosen by the president to be a tributes stylish. He was excited but also nervous about being seen by the thousands of district inhabitants. When he was 22 he started dating a beautiful girl named Ruby and their relationship was a steady one. Leo planned on proposing to his pregnant girlfriend at the victors party, or at least he had before having one to many drinks. That night he had been caught having a fling with some girl he doesn't even remember. He was the laughing stock of the party and single. Now Leonardo has a two year old son who's name is still unknown and his ex Ruby will not even talk to him. Since that night he had taken up to drinking large amounts of liquor at home to prevent any further humiliation to himself.
