Description: Eliza is a pretty creature, her slender but curvy body pleasing to the eye. Her eyes are a gray-green color, sometimes leaning more towards one color over the other. Her curly light brown hair frames her face very nicely, though sometimes her side bangs fall over her left eye. Eliza's face features include high cheek bones (the cheeks covering them often tinted a light pink) and lips, slightly on the thin side. Eliza's skin is pretty fair since she didn't go outside until evening back in District 1, and she definitely doesn't go outside much in District 13. The last thing you need to know about Eliza's appearance is that she is of medium height--5 feet and 4 inches tall.
Personality: Eliza is a very kind girl when you get to know her, but that doesn't happen too often because Eliza is also very shy. She loves helping people though, and that is why she decided to start training to be a field nurse. Eliza hates the Hunger Games and she doesn't think anyone should have to go through that much pain and fear, especially children as young as 12. Her old job was making jewelery for the Capitol, and she really liked her job. She liked (and still likes) any beauty products, and she often gave her younger sister "make-overs" where Eliza put pretty jewelery, cute outfits, and just enough make-up on her sister to make her look beautiful. Now Eliza focuses on becoming a good nurse, and she doesn't have that much time for beauty. No matter, at least she has a chance to help people.
History: Eliza was a very well-behaved child, almost always listening to her parents. As a young girl, she was content with just running around and playing with her little sister, Emma, all day. When they got older, the playing stopped and the working started. Eliza had to work 2 years with only her mom, but after that Emma was old enough to have a job too. Eliza enjoyed work much more with her sister around. They got along very well, and talked together the same way best friends would. Then, in the riots during the 74th Hunger Games, Emma took a Peacekeeper's bullet to the neck. She wasn't even taking part in the riot--she was actually running away from it--but a stray bullet managed to find its mark in her neck. She was also separated from her parents during the riot, and Eliza assumes they were killed, too. She didn't have a very strong relationship with her parents, though, so she focused all her sadness on losing Emma. Eliza was buried in depression for about a year after that. She still gets very sad when she thinks of her little sister, and she wishes she would still be with her, safe in District 13. But Eliza finds happiness in her training, and looks forward to helping wounded people like her sister on the field. At least she's managed to dig herself out of the pit of depression. For now.
