Description: At first glance, anyone can see that Athena is fairly tall and thin. She stands at a height of five feet seven inches and while her body is healthy, it is very slim. Her eyes are a light brown and her hair is a bleached blonde. Nobody truly knows what her natural hair color is since she has been dyeing it since she was a child. Her skin is ghostly pale and silky soft because there has never been a need for her to be outside for long lengths of time or to work hard. Wild shades of colors often decorate Athena's eye lids, lips and nails. She also often keeps her hair in odd styles to match her unique outfits. Athena always makes sure that she looks nothing less than perfect whenever she is out in public. Each nail must be perfectly rounded, every hair must be in place, and every outfit must be completely original and unique. She will often add designs on her face such as lightning bolts or stars. The focus of Athena's need to be flawless is a birthmark on her neck. She constantly applies cover up so that her skin can resemble a porcelain doll. Athena's nose is bigger than average, but she normally boasts about how unique it is rather than complaining.
Personality: Athena is the perfect model of a Capitol citizen. With her high pitched voice and flamboyant taste, she is like a strange bird to the tributes who she dresses up. Athena loves creating outfits of all types and always strives to make them one of a kind. She is also very talkative and is almost always chattering about something whether it be fashion, hair, makeup, or the latest gossip. Since Athena has always lived the life of luxury, she does not understand the poverty that plagues many of the lower districts. In her mind, they must be simply doing something wrong. Athena has a very bubbly personality. She loves going to parties and simply being around people in general. Athena also strives to be the first to know about the latest gossip, news, and fashion trends. Of course as far as she is concerned, the trend in not a true fashion trend unless she started it. When it comes to her designs, Athena can be a bit stuck up. She refuses to believe that anyone could top her designs and can become very defensive if anyone criticizes her work. Few things truly bother Athena, but if someone insults her fashion, she can turn nasty. Athena is indifferent to the Hunger Games. After the ceremonies are over, she has no particular interest in them. The Games are too bloody for her and she would rather work on the designs for next year's ceremonies than watch twenty four filthy children beat each other senseless. The only part of the Games that Athena truly pays attention to once the tributes are put into the arena is the finale. She can be very critical on whether or not the finale was impressive and like with most of her opinions, she makes these criticisms known.
History: Athena was born to Theodore and Elegant Webster. She was an only child, like most in the Capitol, and constantly fawned over by her parents. Athena took an interest in fashion and designs early in life. She would ask her parents for life sized dolls and fabric so she could create outfits. Since her mother had been a designer and her father a game maker, they were thrilled that their daughter had taken an interest in a career path that related to the Games. Athena quickly mastered sketching and sewing and before long she was creating both outfits for herself and for her make believe tributes. When she was younger, Athena paid much more attention to her sketches and designs that to people. Her parents were worried that she would become closed off from others but by the time she became a teenager, her bubbly nature revealed itself. She loved going to parties and chattering with anyone nearby. This helped Athena quickly make friends and ease her parents minds. When she began as a stylist, she was immediately assigned to district twelve. The longer and harder she worked, however, the higher the district she was allowed to design for. Now Athena has been assigned to design the outfits for the District Five tributes. She has already begun planning the outfits for the tributes and can't wait to make an amazing debut with her new District.
