Here is The Last Days application forum that you must fill out in order to create your first character. Below is an example of the bear minimum that you fill out, please do not be afraid to go over the 5 sentence minimum. Underneath the example is the skeleton of our application, copy it and start a new thread.

Job: To young to work but her father is a coal miner.
Description: Julie is a rather tall and lanky girl for her age at a height of 5’ 10”, weighing in at 135 pounds. When born she had bleach blond hair but while spending all of her free time in the sun her hair as slowly started to darken. With the darkening hair, Julie’s blue eyes tend to stand out more then when her hair was blond. When it comes to her skin Julie has always been pasty white no matter how much time she’s had in the sun. Every time she spends to much time in the sun her skin turns to a lobster red in which every movement hurts her and when her burn is finally gone she has more freckles than anyone can count.
Personality: Julie is a rather fearful kid and tends to wander about by herself. Since she’s not twelve yet she doesn’t really fear the reaping but with each day ticking down a knot starts to form in the pit of her stomach. Although every member in Panem is suppose to watch the hunger games she tends to shy away during the battles and hides in her room. While she’s not at school or working around the house Julie tends to wander outside of the city into the forest to draw. She’ll sit for hours in a tree so she doesn’t get hurt by any predators, drawing plants or animals that sit still long enough.
History: Julie was born into a struggling family of five, her two parents and three older siblings had barely enough food survive. Her birth was an accident and her mother, Genie, had no idea she was even pregnant until that day. So needless to say Julie’s childhood has been a hard one. Since her birth Julie has lost her mother, her two brothers, Shawn and Troy. Her older sister Amber tries hard to keep everything in line and Julie tries her best to help but Amber has a high chance at being pulled for the games, the fear of loosing her sister haunts her dreams nightly. On top of everything their father is close to death from inhaling to much dust from the coal mines, soon Julie will be living in an orphanage under government control.
